1) Navigation Data

The treatment's owner is Fmitalia  – Headquartered in Civitavecchia (RM) Loc. Prato del Turco. In charge for the processing of your personal data for PortMobility is the Director of the Business Unit "Portale web PortMobility", domiciled for the purposes of their office at the registered office. The updated list of all people in charge for processing appointed by  PortMobility is available on written request to the Holder or sending and e-mail to the address that can be found in the section “Contact” of this site. Within the Company the data concerning users shall be handled by employees carrying the Positions indicated in the above mentioned list. These employees are persons in charge, under direct authority of the data processor responsible.
Besides Fmitalia staff, the management of personal data shall be carried by third parties, to whom the society entrusts some certain tasks (or part of them) related to or instrumental to the execution of management or the delivery of the services offered. In that case, the same subjects shall work in quality of autonomous holders, co-holders, or shall be appointed Holders or shall be given the responsibility of the management.

SUBJECTS' RIGHTS

Personal data subjects have the right, in any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence of the data and to know its origin, to check the accuracy, the integration or the update, or the rectification (art. 7 of D. Lgs 196/03). 

In accordance with the same article you have the right to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blockage of the data processed in breach of the law, as well as oppose their treatment in any case.

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy may withstand changes over time – also related to possible introduction of new sector regulations, update, provision of new services or intervening technological innovations – therefore visitors are invited to periodically visit this page.
